Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of a class, students have to notify Institut Francais Pvt Ltd at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Without this 24 hour notice, the cancelled class will be fully charged except in case of force majeure (disease, accident) duly proven. A make-up class will then be arranged, on display of the force majeure proof. Refund: In case you have enrolled in a course : A 80% refund is possible if the cancellation of the whole course takes place at least 24 hours before the first scheduled lesson. No refund will be issued thereafter Note : In case of refund , the refund gets initiated and will reflect in the same source of payment through which you placed an order within 7 to 8 working days depending upon your bank Refunds (if applicable) Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
